This month's gust speaker is Kyle is a Business Intermediary, BA Commercial Broker® who will present on ways businesses prepare for exit strategy for small business owners with buy/sell agreements in place, EIBITDA x multiplier, and painting some blue sky. A local native to the Grand Valley, experiences in finance and marketing help compliment his profession in business brokerage. His services include valuations and consultations in the acquisition or merger transactions for local entrepreneurs, investors, or business owners.
