Compassionate care in the home! SummitWest Care offers medical and non-medical services in the home for people of all ages!
Medical Services: Skilled Nursing, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Medical Social Worker, CNA, CNA Parents
Non-Medical Services: In-Home Caregiving, Light housekeeping, medication reminders, prescription pick up, grocery shopping, transfer assists and more. Family caregiving.
