Sunday - Noon to 4 p.m
About Us
Do you or your child have a minor illness or injury? Do you have a cough, fever, sore throat or perhaps need stitches or an x-ray? For minor injuries or illnesses, Community Care of the Grand Valley is available when your primary care physician is not. We are open late and on weekends to better serve you and your family.
