Business Toolbox: Rebecca Weingartner

This month The Business Toolbox presents Rebecca Weingartner with The Admin Group "Paln with a Pencil".  There is a $5 cost for Fruita Chamber members and only $10 for non-members.

Rebecca will explain that in business it's important to set goals and to make plans for various scenarios.  Without a clear path, how will we know where we are going and when we've gotten there?  When we hit a fork in the road, how do you know which direction to head next?  Yet, despite all the planning we can do, life will still throw us curve balls that we need to adjust to.  Thus, why I believe it's important to Plan, but in pencil.  Because with a pencil, we can quickly adapt and make changes as needed.
