Annie's Project Course for Women in Ag with CSU Extension
CSU Extension is hosting an Annie's Project course for ag business risk management in Grand Junction from 11/30-12/2. Annie's Project is a national non-profit that educates and empowers women in agriculture, and Extension staff are trained as Annie's Project facilitators for the 18-hour Annie's Project course. The course covers 5 areas of risk management – financial, human resources, legal, market, and production. The course goal is to support women producers in taking a deeper dive into financial literacy, developing and utilizing financial statements, and making informed decisions to manage risk in their farming and ranching operations.
